We are looking for a talented and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Coordinator to help strategize and maintain a solid online brand presence, working alongside sales, marketing, and management to execute initiatives across digital platforms.

A successful Digital Marketing Coordinator will identify needs and new opportunities for brand exposure and aspire to create brand awareness focused on growing our online community and customer base. Creativity and the ability to work with a team are vital to this position. Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect our brand with our community across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support deployment of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand objectives, including creative requests, performing a/b tests, and identifying performance opportunities
  • Ensure content on the website is up-to-date
  • Tracking analytics for marketing initiatives (e.g., website, referral sources, email open rates, ads, etc.) and generating reports on ROI
  • Executes and monitors the performance of email strategies such as welcome, abandonment, and post-purchase email flows to drive new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Maintaining and organizing all brand-related marketing materials and assets
  • Monitoring of SEO/SEM and sales performance metrics. (Ensure the optimal performance of the website)
  • Work with Marketing, and Sales teams to improve the community experience and ensure brand consistency
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing
  • Performs other marketing projects as necessary and assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years proven work experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Comfortable working in an environment with quickly shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Omnisend/Mailchimp, and WordPress
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Adobe Suite (Illustrator and PhotoShop)
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
