SubPac is looking for an energetic Office Administrator to support our team. Multiple duties range from office management, scheduling, travel coordination, organizing swag, event planning, vetting candidates and more! These diverse administrative duties require a high level of tact and discretion.
Being able to anticipate the needs of the team and take initiative to solve problems independently – while helping administer an operating rhythm for our team – is crucial. Under minimal supervision, you’ll work on diverse special projects requiring creativity and latitude.
You can build bridges and collaborate with team members across time zones to get things done efficiently and with grace.
You should be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, as well as self-motivated and trustworthy. You’re driven by the excitement of joining our passionate team on a mission to impact the human experience!
Coordinate among multiple team members in diverse locations and work to optimize their performance
Arrange schedules, travels, appointments etc. for the executive team
On-boarding of new employees
Oversee basic budgeting procedures and expense reporting
Prepare timely reports and presentations and submit them to executives
2+ years' experience of working on an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or other relevant position
